Timelines of World History

The TimeMaps Atlas of World History provides a unique and fascinating overview of world history. Using map-based timelines we aim to trace the entire history of human civilisation from 3500 BC to AD 2005 - each map giving a 'snapshot' of a region in the world at a chosen time, showing history as it happened.
